My thoughts are if you just traveled by air that can cause a lot of stress and often they don't eat properly. being so small no doubt affects her more than it would a chubby dog. Hopefully the blood and the IV will get her feeling much better. Have you had a full blood panel done on her since you have had her. I never did that before getting Lola, but I did the first week I had her and then a year later, I feel It's good to have a baseline on her so if trouble arrises we will know what her norm is.
