YES and NO. I mean shucks, it depends on the Yorkie. My little Abba is going on 2 and he does not go in the house (even on pee-pads). He was the easiest Yorkie I ever house trained. Rubin is going on ten years old and will still pee on anything new that is on the floor. He also pees on my quilt if I leave the gate to my bedroom unlatched.
So hence my answer, Yes and No.
