Even mothers and sisters sometimes might not fess up to feeding them things they shouldn't have! Trust me, I know!!! Or maybe she did drop something by mistake, or a friend was over visiting your mom and fed her something or dropped some food, Lilo got it, it irritated her GI tract and she bled some. Being so tiny, it could have maybe cause her anemia? I know with my 3 lb. Jilly, she would scarf up things she had no business eating if it ever hit the floor while I was cooking or serving or we were eating. And oddly enough , she seemed to have way more tummy troubles after people were over to the house for dinner, etc., or she stayed with someone when I traveled!!! She either had to eat her special food only or she got severely ill. Hopefully, it was just a something like that and her vet can get her system settled down and her back to rights.
