You have not really given us a lot of information. Is the stomach firm when you gently press on it like he is bloated? Or is it more like a puppy that's just eaten and is full. How does he act otherwise? Either way, you know your puppy and if it doesn't seem right and you are worried about him you can always take him to be seen by another vet. It may put your mind at ease knowing you got a second opinion.
