We are going on vacation over Christmas to Florida and driving down from Pennsylvania. Winston gets sick in the car, and has never been on a car ride longer than 1/2 hour. We are leaving at night and driving thru the night, so I hope he sleeps most of the time. But, I'm sure he'll throw up during the first 1/2 hour or so. Any suggestions? I just need to make sure that he drinks and stays hydrated and also eats something during the trip.
He is now 14 months old and I really want to take him along. The two of us will just hang out while in Florida while the guys do guy things. I think he'll enjoy the warm weather.
Does anyone think it will be a problem with taking him on such a long drive? And yes, we will drive straight thru. No hotel stay. It will be a van full, but he'll have his Snoozer Booster seat, so he'll be safe for the ride.
