I was told by the breeder that the puppies spend more time playing in the litter box rather than doing their business. So i figured pee pads are the cleanest way to go. I was not expecting them to be concidered a gourmet meal!
As far as the toilet training goes, she isn't too bad for her nine weeks of age. i would have to say that 50 % of the time if not more, she uses the pad. If only she didn't eat it . . .
