Keep her warm and wake her often (every 15-30 minutes), she still needs to rid her body of the anesthesia. Offer only very small amounts of water first, them a bit of food. Do you have Nutrical on hand? Give her a little bit of that if she refuses food after a few attempts, or if she gets shakey or acts a bit weird/off.

Glad she had a successful surgery!
