Rather than scolding him for biting the wires - I personally would suggest you puppy-proof your home, before he's able to get INTO the wires.
If that's too big an ask, then I'd confine him when you're unable to supervise him. One quick puppy-teeth bite into one of those wires....well, it could be fatal,
as you know. Sally + Harry
