I am so jealous that you all are starting to decorate! The usual tradition is to start decorating on Thanksgiving night. But we didn't even have Thanksgiving at my house like we usually do every year. We have to wait on our move which should be by the end of the first week of December. I think they will run out of the nice Christmas trees by then.
