hi , i am not sure if this will help you but i have found that sometimes when i try to upload a certain pic it is just not accepted.
sometimes its too big or if i use pic monkey and put a lot of embellishments on the pic it wont work..

try just downsizing and uploading that pic without the embellishments and see what happens
