My family is Mexican and we've never had what you would call a traditional Thanksgiving meal. This year my mom decided on sopes. (sorry P and Lisa, no corundas this year) Last year, we had pollo empanisado (lightly breaded chicken breast) with rice, beans, tortillas, chile (molcajete made, very traditional) and my favorite, nopal salad!! Last years dinner was way better than this year.
