It's the day after, and while my initial meal (lunch) with my dad's side of the family didn't yield any leftovers (Chinese restaurant meal where all the "adults" took home the extras), I do have a lot from our non-traditional dinner. I still have 3/4 of a rack of baby back ribs, a huge mound of mashed potatoes (Susi and Adi, you hear me? Come over!), the meat from one lobster tail (probably gonna be gone tonight), then BIL brought back crispy chow mein (not yet mixed), salt and pepper shrimp, and what I bought from the chinese market, and leftover pizza from lunch today. Too much food. =/

what do y'all have left? Leftover recipes?
