It sounds that an odd combination of tastes but I will try most anything culinary at least once. I have got to get brave enough to try this as it sounds like it is very, very good to you & I hate to miss out on something wonderful if it is out there just waiting for me. It seems, though, as if the bland egg would rather blunt some of the Italian spicey sauciness from the flavors of the pizza. No? Do you cover the egg with spices or just leave it virginal atop the pie, if I'm not getting too personal?
