I guess my best advice, before your purchase, is to know your pups and their tolerance level and their willingness to please you. Sugar has never once fought me on it ~ even on day
ONE of introduction to the brush.
Curri has been a little tougher nut to crack
I started with the brush OFF with her (she was 6 months old and never been exposed to even a manual brush as far as I know) then I smooshed cooked chicken into the brush and turned it onto the "sensitive" setting. 6 months later I can briefly brush the outer surfaces of her teeth (I might get 45 seconds total) but 45 seconds with sonic is equal to several minutes with a manual brush.
