i have 2 yorkies, (sisters (holly and molly)) aged 4 yrs old. ive had them since they were old enough to leave mum. they have never been apart and have always got on well together (ok, the occasional fight but nothing too serious) until recently they have become more and more aggressive toward each other, its like they are fighting to the death now, cut legs, stitches below the eyes and lots of blood everywhere. i really dont understand whats happening between them. and its happening more and more frequently. i dont know if its a jealousy thing. one of them (molly) appears to be the boss. i have been advised to rehome one of them but this seems to be really harsh. 90% of the time they are fine with each other. they have not been spayed and my partner also has a yorkie who comes with her to see me. he is a little dog (who has been neutered). they all get on really well together but as soon as someone comes into my home, thats when they start.. (only holly and molly). ok thats enough to start with. has anyone got any suggestions??? |
