I think you just need to relax.. Ry is doing amazing on the food- Leave it at that. Ya they may not have the BEST customer service, but look how it has cleared Ry up, look how he LOVESSSSS the food and screams for it and licks his bowl clean!
They may not be the best in CS, but they make an awesome food-
Peanut is doing fantastic on CC, he licks his bowl clean, his skin, coat, eyes look amazing- I am going to leave him on the food until I have a reason to change… bad customer service is not going to make me change his food.
