hehe. Believe me, I've thought about it! He's just as much trouble to put away with a Christmas tree bag over him and a trash bag slipped over his feet so dust, etc., can't get to him the other 11 months he's stored. But he's a retro 50's looking traditional, happy Coca-Cola-looking Santa Claus so I have to have him out. One year I replicated one of those Coke ad scenes using toddler size dolls, the note to Santa to "please pause here" on the mantle, etc. It was lots of fun for a day or two then back to the regular scene.
