Hi Lisa! Yeh, I've had several fosters who were covered in fleas. They almost always had the dandruff thing you describe after the fleas were gone. I gave them coconut oil on a teaspoon to lick (or in their food). I also rubbed a bit right on their skin. I give them a high quality, grain free kibble. You will be so pleased as you see the skin clear and the new coat come in shiny and healthy looking. It doesn't happen overnight, but you should see it improve each and every day. Best wishes to you and your new baby. It sounds like she is so blessed to be in your care.
