Also noticed the way the hair looks a bit stiff... If you wipe it with a baby wipe and see anything on the wipe... I'd have him checked. I felt like a nut, when I took Peek in he jumped out of the car and trotted across the parking lot... I was thinking, yeah, he's sick all right, lol. 16 years old in December! After the course of ABs, the spot is gone and his hair is very relaxed all the time. I thought the wet hair (wet after a pee) was picking up dirt from being outside. Also, even after a bath and paying extra special attention to his you-know-what, lol, the majority of the spot would remain.
