Ohhhhhhhhhh, neighbor-guy sounds like a real winner! Don't you just despise really mean people??? Thankfully I have never had a hateful one except the lady on the other side whose dogs used to bark so much! She finally got that in hand after I went over to her house to complain after years of letters, calling Animal Control x3 but I never would sign an official complaint. She stopped those dogs barking and she even calls and I call her about neighborhood things, etc. But I hear living next to really awful beastie people is awful!
