I see more and more of them all the time here...I do feel bad when I see them just because I wonder if they are honestly struggling and just want a bite to eat or a warm blanket. I have only given money to 1 person ever and it was a young girl sitting at a stop sign with a baby car seat beside her and a tiny baby in her arms...it broke my heart, but then after I thought about it..there must be shelters for people like this??? I haven't given money since and I try not to make eye contact with anyone asking. |
