I think the relationship between a client and a groomer has to something special. They are dealing with a living breathing baby that means the world to you They must handle with care! I believe you should have trust in your groomer to know that he/she will treat your baby as special as you do, to know If something did happen, they would know who to contact and they would know what to do to protect your baby. If for some reason you do not feel this way about your groomer, I would look around until you do. They are out there, you just have to look!

I don’t think there is anything wrong with leaving your baby there- it comes down to if you trust the groomer or not. My groomer is amazing, but she is always busy. I will drop Peanut off at my lunch and pick him up after work.. Working full time and trying to schedule a grooming apt is not an easy task- I don’t like to schedule him for Sat bc she is super swamped, so leaving him there for a couple hours works for me.. When I pick him up every time he is in the same crate with a little water and the food I leave him, he has a little bed and he is always super happy! I have full confidence he is taking care of when he is there.
