I don't think I'd ever put an English roast dinner in a zip-lock bag....

But for instance, last night I roasted a whole batch of boneless chicken thighs stuffed with pork + apple, roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, carrots, leeks + peas.

I've got those foil trays with lids....I put 2x chicken thighs and plenty of all the rest in each one, sealed the lid on, and put in the freezer. There were 6 in all - ok you wouldn't want them constantly, but I've got a whole load of 'stand-by' types of these dinners in my freezer.

They can then be taken out and put straight in the oven 'as is'...so easy I'm sorry if I've gone off the topic a little! Sally x
