You may want to try leash training her. That keeps her close to you, giving you oppertunity to correct her and stop her before she has that chance to have any accidents in the house.

I strongly disagree with limiting food and water to aid in potty training. I understand it sounds like a good idea and they may go less, but truthfully it's not an aid, and may do major damage. The bladder gradually increases when given water and made to hold it for increasingly longer periods, if you withhold water; it's not really stretching the bladder out. Also, withholding water may cause a bladder infection or even bladder stones to develop. This person is gone 10 hours a day, and this is a long time for Yorkies who enjoy human companionship more that some dogs. Now, we also want to withhold food and water? This seems abusive to me.
