I kept asking why would they do this? That is one of the reasong I was so very afraid Karrie was hurt or something. If I beleive att at all they got the infor (maybe with a radio recorder or something?) hack into my account and used the accounts to make long distance calls. She said the long distance calls are about $2.00 per minute.

I don't know why when or how I did not keep the password on that accout. I have had that account for as long as there have been cell phones -- 18 years?
I really think the "story" is not over. All of a suden they (att) is offerning me a credit of $300.00 for my trouble
Now.. why would they do that if I was scamed from the "outside". The rep that gave me the new sim cards from the store even said it could have been and "inside" job. They knew Karrie was out of the country because she had added international texting (200 ) to her phone.
Of course the most important.. she was not hurt and is ok and will be here safe tonight!!
