First off, bless you for saving her life.
You are awesome! My only advice is to ignore when she is being vocal and praise her when she is quiet. That is a hard one because you cant be there all of time and she has learned bad behavior from 86 other dogs. I guess you could try putting her in a crate with a stuffed animal that has a heart beat (its made for babies). Hope you get some better answers.
