And this is why we have passwords on all our accounts.

My husbands ex girlfriend was fond of calling his credit card company, using his social and finding out his recent activity and then calling him to ask "how'd you enjoy that stars game?" or whatever he had done recently. It was nerve wracking! That plus we have employees who carry cell phones and we don't want them making changes to the account or being able to buy new phones, etc, so everything has a password above and beyond the social or tax ID number. We don't have credit cards anymore but we bank online, as well as other things and nowadays you can't be too cautious.
