did allow 'foreigners' in...when you consider how many who live on this side of 'the pond' originate ancestorily from your side.
Some of my ancestors were here when Columbus landed, but others originated in your country...so...maybe I'm 'foreigner' too.
Or...maybe I'm just unlucky...or merely weird...
