Is there a black whisker in the middle of the bump? My boys sometimes get a bump, not blueberry size though, where whiskers grow. They both have one big whisker on the chin.
It's good to have the vet take a look. Might also be a bite as Gail mentioned. Teddy had a huge lump between his shoulders (no recent vaccinations) and our vet said it looked like a sting. I think it was a spider bite because it took a long time to go away completely.
