We have this 'over here' - the difference being it's a '3 Bird Roast' or 'Royal Roast'.
It's all boneless and therefore very easy to carve....it's a pheasant inside a chicken inside a goose. It sounds revolting and cruel and a bit dodgy but actually it's delicious
