Iv'e just seen your update. So you did get there. My hubby has gone out to buy some hair detangler from the pet shop. Hope it works for me..I understand the necessity of shaving when they are bad..but I really want to try and just de-knot her and keep her fur on I know these messages were posted a while ago and maybe you all won't even get them but I am going through this now. Thanks for any advice I get Ax
