What do you mean 5% of yearly service? For my hairdresser I get it, but for someone like my UPS driver, I don't actually pay for that service. He's totally great. He usually comes by the morning, but we are notoriously late. So instead of leaving that yellow note on our door, he comes by again in the afternoon. Also he knows we are closed on Tues, so he doesn't come by Tues either and give us the yellow note. It's saved us from having packages returned to sender a few times.

The mail lady is nice. The older guy sucked so bad, so she's awesome in comparison. She actually comes in and hands us the mail, says hi and pets the dog(s). The other guy would open the door and toss in our packages.
