TAKE THAT CONTRACT, TEAR IT UP, AND THROW IT IN THE AIR!!! NOW GET OUT OF THE WAY, BECAUSE THERE ARE 10 PEOPLE STANDING BEHIND EACH ONE OF YOU THAT WOULD LOVE YOUR JOB!!! I am sorry, but I just can not understand this farce.....and I belong to a UNION!!! But I would NEVER support a "mandate" by my union, to do something like this!!!!! I would walk away first!

I was wondering the same thing, I think at one time unions were very useful, especially when it came to safety conditions, but people have to stop believing that pay increases are mandatory.
