Poor baby....he was too young to be separated from momma and siblings.....he is trying to get over the shock of the loss. On top of that, he is sick....he has worms and they can make a baby lethargic and uninterested in his surroundings. Did the vet do any other bloodwork on him...hopefully this is all that is wrong with him medically. Just keep loving and cuddling on him, and make him feel secure and loved....and give him time to get well medically....he is "lost", and is trying to re-establish his existance without his momma and littermates, and he doesnt feel well. Patience, patience and loving care is what your baby needs.....
