Had a situation today where my father (86) dropped a pepernoten. It is a dutch cookie that has anise in it. My little one dug after it like it was the best thing that happed to her all day. I did get it away from her. I looked up anise and found an article that said, "Do you know that dogs react to anise seed in the same way cats react to catnip?"
Just kind of wondering if anyone has heard of of this? is this bad for them? Just asking for thoughts I guess because I have never heard this before.
