Well, in a case like that, I would have reported Tibbe missing to Home Again and they are not going to update or re-register him to another owner during that time. Besides, in ownership disputes, it's the preponderance of evidence that wins the day and I have have overwhelming amounts of proof and people to testify to that. And there are those cute tricks he does to only words I know that he can perform for the court!
