Coconut oil is very good, but I really like fish oil. I started my boys on Animal Essentials Fish Oil PLUS a few months ago, which I sell, and it made a dramatic difference in their coats.
What brand shampoo do you use? Try a conditioner too.
If these things don't work, her skin issues may run deeper and another vet may be required.
