I agree with the above suggestions, I would also think about adding coconut oil to her food. You could also rub the coconut oil onto the itchy areas. I would also ask vet about giving some benadryl until you can discover what is making her itch. I have a yorkie like this, we are on a duck protein food that seems to be working well for us.
