The ONLY thing I can see defending Lorainne about is that she says flat out that she didn't read the other posts, nor obviously your original post in it's entirety. If she HAD she would have read that YOU stated flat out that you weren't going to be leaving the pup crated for 8+ hours!
I'm sorry for this happening, I know that you were just trying to get some helpful info. I hope that you were able to get some of that in prior replies.
