I use it as her car seat... I will not let my husband take her in the car without it! It wraps around the seat just like it does your body and is very secure!
Celltei's customer service is AWESOME! They will exchange it for you if you get it and decide its the wrong size. A couple of YT'rs carry it too, ask if they will extend the same.
As for comfort while wearing... its awesome! I really like this bag! Great for outdoors activities...
