I feel your pain, OP!
I live on a dead end street that only has five houses on it, mine being the house on the dead end. I have cousins that live on the opposite end, and their adult age son and his young daughter live with them. They have a little chihuahua that has NEVER been trained to walk on a leash or harness (even though I GAVE them a couple of each) and refuse to train her or pick up after her! The little girl even asked my DH one day when he was walking our boys what he was doing when he used a poop bag to clean up after them.
Apparently, OUR driveway and yard is "ground zero" destination for the daily walks of their dog, even though we have let them know that we have driveway sensors that alert us when anyone comes in our yard. It always upsets our boys, and have to listen to their commotion. DH confronted the son one day, and HE had the nerve to cuss MY husband!
Some people just DO NOT get it! WTH?
