Welcome! I am new at this and I finally figured out how to do the pics. Google picture resizer and there are several programs which help alot! when you resize its 100*100 pix for the profile, and 75*75 picxels for the avatar. I hope that helps! It took me forever! Hope you love it here! I am completely ADICTTED! There is so much good info and so many pics of everyones sweet babies!!!
