I was actually lucky with my groomer! I knew them prior to having Zeus through friends who've been going to her for many, many years. But you can ask, definitely. And use your gut. If you're uncomfortable and they won't help reassure you, go to someone else. Don't worry about hurting feelings - this is your baby you have to think about!
