Thank you both for your insight. I would like to have my pup go inside and out. Initially,

I just want him to use the pee-pads and learn not to go in the house. My intention is when I am not working and when I get home, to take my pup out to a designated area to go. I am thinking that this method would prevent him from learning bladder control and he will be peeing on pee pads for life. I'm not sure
