Did you see both parents? You must have had to make your pick when the puppies were very young. Most of the time someone will buy the smallest first. I can't tell you the number of people I have seen here on YT that were promised a 4 to 5 pound dog and ended up with 8 to 15 pound dog. If you don't know a lot about the ancestry of the dog it is very hard to speculate about the mature size. |
Yes, I saw both of her parents the mom is 5lbs & the dad is 7lb. I really didn't want the smallest one but that was all she had left by the time I got there. I fell in love with I will love her no matter her size but I'm hoping that she will be at least 5lbs.
