I think the other dogs are confusing him, I would allow him to go outside with the other dogs all of the time. I actually think potty pads are great aids for the human, but if you are taking your other dogs outside, there's no reason he can't be included. I really believe that dogs like to feel part of the pack. By the way, are you sure this is peeing and not marking? Dogs do start marking around that age if not neutered. |
