Go to the AKC website and look for the club search area. You can do a search in your state for conformation club in your state. You may have to write to them but take the time to do it. They have contacts around the state and the country for that matter.
AKC does list breeders that have puppies but I would stay away from those as anyone who has AKC registration papers can use those ads and that is not a guarantee of a good healthy puppy.
Wait for the club breeder contact person to get back to you. You probably don't want a show pup but you want a healthy pup. The ads you find online are 99.9% puppy mills and backyard breeders. Good breeders do advertise but their sites will usually not come up in an internet search.
Here is a listing of AKC clubs in NYS. Even if a club does not have a Yorkie breeder they may still have info about breeders in your area.
