The other concern is that when she gets a toy (doesn't matter which one), she brings it back and puts it right on your hand, if laying in bed -- near or on your face and proceeds to chew and play with it. This can be extremely annoying as well.
Also, if I am sitting on the sofa, she will come and crawl up and sit on my chest next to my head or when I am typing on the laptop, she will sit in between me and the laptop on my stomach/chest.
What else can I do to correct and stop this?

My Huey is almost 4 and he still does every one of these things minus the nipping. I think he has to be the center of attention and hates it when I pay attention to the computer. He is asleep on my lap right now, so I just set my tiny laptop on top of him. He doesn't mind, as long as he is in physical contact with me at all times. As for the toys, he also brings them to the bathroom and leaves them as gifts outside the shower door or whomps you in the foot with them when you are otherwise indisposed!
