You need to have the pup checked my a vet as soon as you can. Also need to keep the pup warm and not over handle him. I hope the little one starts eating and is ok. I will keep yall in my prayers. I would also find out the age for selling pups in your area and if its over 6 weeks and you have the guys info I would report him.
