I basically asked this question last week and it was the same response- it's the teeth and there isn't really much we can do about it until the baby teeth come out. I just keep trying to brush Blazer's teeth and giving him hard things to chew on. It helps because then the loose teeth come out and the stink goes away until more get loose. =)
Meantime, just don't let him lick your face, I guess. =)
